I think that cell phones should be allowed in school because they are a good idea in school for emergency reasons. Lets say that your mom called the school to tell you that your family member pasted away but when she calls the school to tell you all the lines are busy. i think it would be better if they had a cell phone so your mom could text you or call you to tell you the news A.S.A.P.
